Abstract本文研究了从钒钛磁铁矿钠化焙烧物料中,采用沉淀 V_2O_5及 TBP 从母液中提取铬联合工艺流程。本工艺不使用任何商品反萃剂,而使用伯胺萃钒后的弱碱性含铬溶液作为 TBP 负荷有机相中铬的反萃剂,单级反萃率近于100%。反萃取反应可写作:H_2Cr_2O_7·nTBP+2CrO_4~(2-)(?)2Cr_2O_7~(2-)+H_2O+nTBP。本工作对处理钒铬共生矿及其它含钒铬物料具有一定的实用价值和经济意义。
