Abstract<正>枯草杆菌BF7658是我国产量最大的一种液化型α—淀粉酶.目前它已广泛用于食品、发酵、医药、轻化工业及石油开采等.虽然酶的实验室分离方法很多,但α—淀粉酶的工业提取方法主要是硫酸铵盐析、乙醇沉淀等,酶回收率一般为50%~80%,产品含杂质多,工艺复杂,劳动条件差,生产成本高.
