下流式吸附槽在CGA工艺中的应用

Abstract下流式吸附槽、又充气吸附槽以及高速搅拌吸附槽在煤金团聚(CoalGoldAgglomeration简称CGA)工艺从堆浸尾渣中提金的试验结果比较表明:相同试验条件下,下流式吸附槽达到相同的金回收率,搅拌速度较高速搅拌吸附槽及自充气吸附槽明显降低,设备效率明显提高,且放大性能良好。下流式吸附槽连续性试验证明两级串联就能达到CGA工艺要求指标,级数和搅拌速度均较文献报道有显著降低,说明下流式吸附槽具有工业应用潜力。
