锰酸镧锶纤维布的湿化学法制备研究

Abstract采用湿化学方法制备钙钛矿型氧化物编织结构材料,制成锰酸镧锶(La0.8Sr0.2MnO3,LSM)纤维布用作固体氧化物燃料电池阴极和金属连接极之间的柔性接触材料。研究了锰酸镧锶纤维布的制备工艺,并分析了浸渍工艺参数、热处理工艺等对锰酸镧锶纤维布性能的影响,确定了最优工艺参数。利用X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对制得的锰酸镧锶纤维布的相结构与微观形貌进行表征。制备的锰酸镧锶纤维布的拉伸强度平均达到356kPa,基本满足使用要求。
