Abstract研究了酸性介质中EDTA对高钛渣与NaOH熔盐反应水洗产物中Fe3+的络合作用,考察了EDTA加入量、反应时间、pH值和温度对Ti4+和Fe3+溶出率的影响.结果表明,增加EDTA量、延长反应时间、减小pH值及升高温度,Fe3+溶出率增大.将反应后的固相在105℃下水解可制得球状锐钛型TiO2,平均粒径为100nm,纯度可达99.3%.
