高效嗜碱好氧反硝化细菌的筛选及其脱硝特性

Abstract从碱厂污泥中筛选出一株高效嗜碱好氧反硝化细菌BMEN1,通过生理生化鉴定和16S rDNA序列分析,鉴定为Pseudomonasstutzeri,命名为Pseudomonas stutzeriBMEN1,其具有napA,nirK,norB和nosZ等好氧反硝化相关基因.通过条件实验确定该菌最适脱硝条件为:pH 9.0,37℃,有效碳源依次为丁二酸钠、乙酸钠和葡萄糖等.在最适条件下,以菌体浓度计脱硝(NO_3~--N)速率高达52.92 mg/(h.OD),且无NO_2~-累积.将其用于模拟烟道气吸收液脱硝,能在16 h内完全脱除NO_3~--N和NO_2~--N 140 mg/L,表明该菌是有应用潜力的好氧反硝化脱硝细菌.
