干燥/热解与半焦气化解耦的生物质气化特性

Abstract利用固定床上下两段反应器,以酒糟为气化燃料,对比分析了解耦气化与传统耦合气化的焦油产率、碳转化率和气化效率的差异.结果表明,在解耦气化热解温度550℃、气化温度800℃、耦合气化温度800℃、燃料含水量40%(ω)和气化剂中氧含量4%()的条件下,相对于传统的耦合气化,解耦气化焦油产率降低了35.3%,气化效率、碳转化率和产气率分别提高4.0%,18.4%和20%.提高燃料含水量(0~80%,ω)、气化温度(800~900℃)和气化剂中氧含量(4%~6%,),解耦气化的焦油产率降幅、生成气中H2或CO含量及燃料C转化率的增幅均比耦合气化高.
